To ensure the most accurate accommodation of your delegates during your stay in ESI 2019, we will appreciate following the next steps no later than July 31:


- Access to the Room List Module of the Registration system.

- Download the document.

- Fill the document with the distribution of your delegates considering their gender and age.

- Upload the document in the system.



Notes:

- The hotels will be near to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center- ADNEC.

- The Check-in at the hotels will start at 14:00 on September 22.

- The accommodation will be in Triple rooms ( one bed per person). Special requirements should be mentioned in the room list to be considered.

- The Organising Committee will assign the hotel to each delegation and has the right to assign a participant from another delegation to fill the room, taking into consideration gender and age.
