We are very close to MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2019 Abu Dhabi and very excited to welcome you.

To start planning your trip, you have to consider the documentation you may require to enter Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We highly recommend following the next steps;

1.- Check If your country requires a visa to enter UAE. You can see this information in

2.- If you have any question about visa requirements contact the nearest UAE embassy to your country.

3.- If you already confirmed that you need a visa, check how many days it lasts. Plan the procedure accordingly so you will not have any problem during your stay in Abu Dhabi.

4.- Once you have made the process and received the visa, send the image of it to your head of delegation to upload it in the registration system.

Note that:

-It is the responsibility of each participant to process the UAE visa on time. The organising committee of MILSET and ACTVET are exempt from any liability before, during and after the visa obtaining process that each individual follows.

-It is possible to process the visa through Etihad Airways or Fly Emirates as long as you buy the flight tickets with these airlines.

-You can arrive at Dubai International Airport or Abu Dhabi International Airport. ESI 2019 Internal transportation service will cover both airports upon arrival and departure on the days indicated in the calendar of the event (22 and 28 accordingly).
