On February 1st it was launched the MILSET ESI 2019 Registration system.

Below you will find some advice regarding the registration of your delegation:

1. To recover your password, click on “Forgot your password?”

2. The password should be used only by the Head of delegation who is the one in charge to register every single person of it. Please do not share this relevant information with the participants and/or supervisors.

3. ESI 2019 participation is from 9 to 25 years old.

4. If you are a MILSET regional officer, please do your registration within your delegation account, in the section of “MILSET Authorities”.

5. We suggest the following due dates to upload information;

- Project and Personal data (Names, ages, e-mails, passports, title, abstract, etc.) – May 31st, 2019
- Payment – May 31st, 2019
- Flight details – July 1st, 2019

6. Starting the visa process according to your country is essential. As soon as you complete the primary information in the system, it will generate a supporting letter.

7. Don’t forget to consider MILSET participation rule; a maximum of one (1) adult supervisor for every three (3) young participants plus one (1) delegation leader when the delegation is more than three (3), young participants. If your delegation is out of this ratio, the extra supervisor(s) will be charged with a full rate fee.
