During ESI 2019, the Cultural event will take place on Friday, September 27. For the first time, the Cultural event will become a big Cultural Fair where all countries are more than welcome to participate.

There will be two different activities that each country must select:

• Country Booth ( maximum 40 countries)


• Performance on the stage no more than 3 minutes (maximum 24 shows)


Only the Heads of delegations can submit the information before August 20

Remarks:

• The activities must be conducted per country, so for those countries with more than one organisation, it is crucial to decide together how you will participate.


• We invite that all participants wear their traditional clothes during the event.


• The performances at the stage must be related to a traditional dance that shows part of the culture of the country. (National Anthems, Political Videos and offensive materials are not allowed).


• Both activities (Country booth & Performance) required the commitment of the delegates from each country.

Country booths:

• The countries which have selected activity booths have the opportunity to rotate their delegates, ensuring that the booth is never unattended.


• The delegations will have the freedom to decorate their booth with any traditional items, pictures from their countries, or customs to make their booths attractive. We invite you to bring souvenirs such as pins, candies, coins, handicrafts, small flags, food( please review with the airline & remember alcohol is forbidden) and do creative activities such as games, teaching words from your language, handwriting, dances, etc).


• Booth size is 2m x 3m, with table and chairs.
