We are very close to starting the ESI 2019 accreditation and project set up at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Please consider the following steps:

1.- Your Head of Delegation has to get the delegation badges at the ACCREDITATION DESK in Hall 8 on September 22 or 23.

2.- Check the number and project name of your booth on this email:

Booth number: #
Category: XXXXXX

3.- Use your badge to pick your welcome bag on September 23 at Hall 9, office 9.



IMPORTANT INFO:

Due to the length of your projects name, it may have been modified or shortened on the fascia of the booth according to ADNECs standards.

A Booth inspection will be held on September 23 after the projects set up to verify if the posters and the information showed in your booth is appropriate. The organising committee reserves the right to change the location of your project.
